Phillip was born and raised in Fort Mill, SC. While school wasn’t always his strong suit, his determination and work ethic helped him carve out a path to success.
Through a focus on leadership, customer service, and building a strong team, he grew a business from the ground up into a multi-million-dollar company.
Today, Phillip is passionate about sharing the lessons he’s learned along the way, helping others find clarity and confidence as they pursue their own goals.
Tracy Lanier, CMO
Tracy was born and raised in Fort Mill, SC. In the early days of the business, she jumped in wherever she was needed—even running a weed-eater alongside the crew.
Over time, she discovered a natural gift for sales and quickly became a top performer. By genuinely focusing on people and their needs, Tracy built lasting relationships that played a key role in the company’s success.
